Hose Chemicoil 600 (K42), Offshore 850 (S58) with a high-strength polyurethane textile carcass, with static wire.
It is designed to transmit and receive fuel, oil, petroleum, oils, chemicals, bilge and waste water, water, dirt.

Construction:
The hose is made of woven carcass encased in elastomeric polyurethane.

Frame is made on circular knitting machines of high polyester yarn and has a seamless tubular structure. In the production of hose carcass is passed through an extruder, in which it is covered on both sides with polyurethane. Polyurethane fills the entire space between the strands frame, resulting hose gets the integral structure .

Framework provides a higher working pressure of the hose, and polyurethane provides corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, oil and petrol resistance, resistance to chemical, physical, bacterial exposion, erosion, hydrolysis and UV radiation.
